🚲 Stage description and details:

On this stage, you mainly stick to cycle paths, with the odd stretch on really quiet roads shared with motorized traffic.
On the border between the parishes of Magny-les-Hameaux and Saint Rémy-lès-Chevreuse, the Chemin de la Butte aux Buis has been altered to make it easier for cyclists to tackle, but this hill still presents a steep challenge. We recommend that you dismount here.

⭐ Don’t miss:

  • The Château de Versailles, a massive masterpiece of the French arts, recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Visit the unmissable apartments designed for the French king and queen, the Hall of Mirrors, and the sumptuous gardens dreamt up by Le Nôtre.
The Maison-musée Raymond Devos in Saint-Rémy-lès-Chevreuse, a house in which the much-loved comedian lived for over 40 years; you’ll learn a lot about this zany French cultural figure on a visit here.
