On this stage, you mainly stick to cycle paths, with the occasional stretch on very quiet roads shared with motorised traffic.
On the border between Magny-les-Hameaux and Saint-Rémy-lès-Chevreuse, the Chemin de la Butte aux Buis has been altered to make it easier for cyclists to tackle, but this hill still presents a steep challenge. We recommend that you dismount here.

- The Château de Versailles, a masterpiece of French art and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Visit the unmissable royal apartments, the Hall of Mirrors and the sumptuous gardens designed by Le Nôtre.
- The Maison-musée Raymond Devos in Saint-Rémy-lès-Chevreuse, a house in which the much-loved comedian lived for over forty years; a visit here reveals much about this iconic figure of French culture.
